During this phase, the Pomegranate team will undertake a fundamental assessment of your business, formulating the most effective digital web strategy to help achieve your ambitions and goals. We'll also provide you with tools for measuring success; a bit like a magic ruler that helps you see how far you've come.
Here's a quick overview of what we do:

- We work with you to gain insight on your company, your aims, objectives and ultimate aspirations!
- We analyse your key competitors, your current market position and plot it against where you want to be.
- We Identify your points of differentiation and define how to enhance them
Your site, your audience, your appeal:
- We structure your site map, making proposals for additional recommendations and providing detail of what your content management system could do for you.
- We provide 'user journey' mapping, showing the expected and unexpected routes your visitors may take through your site. This ensures we captivate and influence at every level, making the experience fulfilling and effective.
- We will then provide wireframes showing the functions and features of your site, including use cases detailing what occurs at each main page within your site.
Once complete, we're ready to report back to you and (hopefully) move on to the next exciting phase - Website Design!
